WBA have an exciting opportunity for a Referee Development Officer to continue the great work of our thriving program.
The role oversees the Willetton Referee program and the pathways available for referees including the referee elite program, educators, supervisors, and WABL referees.
The primary role of the Referee Development Officer is to administer our current referee program, and to continue the development of current referees and runners, and their supervisors. This role is supported by the competitions staff members.
The role would be suited to someone with a high level of customer service, strong organisational skills, great communication, and the ability to deliver outcomes while working to deadlines with a sometimes challenging and fast paced environment.
This is a casual position, requiring 25 – 35 hours per week, with mid week and weekend work required. Some evenings are required where there are monthly meetings with competition related committees.
